A new digital presence for a distinguished healthcare charity

For over 125 years, St Luke’s has worked to improve the health and well-being of clergy and their families. The charity approached A Big Egg to develop a new website which could act as a first port of call for new enquiries.

We built a brilliant CRM-enabled WordPress website filled with blogs, real life stories and information about the charity’s activities. The site includes a donation system linked with St Luke’s CRM, Donorfy.

We found A Big Egg excellent to work with, both in terms of ideas, skill, fee and can-do attitude. Working on our new website with them was a really enjoyable process and they always listened to feedback during the process and came up with great ideas and solutions. Keeping to schedule and budget was also great. They really cared about the project and that showed.

The site is fully responsive and designed with accessibility in mind. Many members of the clergy use tablets to browse the internet, so we considered this carefully when designing the website’s interface.

The new site has received lots of positive comment and is doing its job as becoming much more the interface that enquirers use, rather than the phone as a first port of call, which is a great outcome for a charity with a very small staff team.
